American Hydrotech Wins Green Roofs for Healthy Cities Corporate Member Legacy Award - Presented at CitiesAlive on October 18, 2022

Green Roofs for Healthy Cities (GRHC), the North American industry association for green roofs and walls, is excited to announce that American Hydrotech is the winner of a new award presented to companies and non-profits that have provided support for the development of the green roof and wall industry for more than ten years: the GRHC Corporate Member Legacy Award!  GRHC is excited and proud to be presenting this award to American Hydrotech on October 18, 2002 at CitiesAlive Conference, Awards and Trade Show in Philadelphia. www.citiesalive.org

The purpose of the Corporate Member Legacy Award is to show our gratitude to companies like American Hydrotech, which have supported the advancement of the green roof and wall industry across North America. This award is given to long-standing corporate members who have continuously supported GRHC and our industry building activities.

American Hydrotech’s support of the green roof industry predates the formation of Green Roofs for Healthy Cities.  “They have been a fantastic supporter of our Green Roof Professional (GRP) accreditation program and the many events we have organized over the past twenty years,” said Steven W. Peck, GRP, Honorary ASLA, Founder and President, GRHC.

“American Hydrotech is honored by this award and the recognition of its commitment to the advancement of green roof technologies across the United States and Canada.  Green Roofs for Healthy Cities has provided Hydrotech with venues to expand the knowledge of green roofs to an ever-widening audience.  For that we are truly grateful,” said Richard Hayden, GRP, Garden Roof and Blue Roof Department Manager, America Hydrotech.
