This award is given to long-standing corporate members who have continuously supported GRHC and our industry building activities for at least ten years. We are excited and proud to be giving this award to Green Roof Plants. The award ceremony will take place at CitiesAlive in Philadelphia on October 18, 2022. www.citiesalive.org
“Green Roof Plants, under the leadership of Ed Snodgrass committed in the very earliest days of the green roof industry to growing, researching and educating on a wide range of plants for green roofs. They are truly horticultural and green roof pioneers with both national and international reach and impact,” said Steven W. Peck, GRP, Honorary ASLA.
“I want to thank GRHCs for the long and tireless support of the green roof market. We started a green roof nursery on a hope that’s there would one day be a market for plants on the built environment and we at Emory Knoll Farms along with GRHC have tried over the last 25 years to fulfill that hope. We are honored to be recognized and encouraged to work harder still toward the goal of having high quality plants and horticulture on buildings,” said Ed Snodgrass, President, Green Roof Plants/Emory Knoll Farms.
