New Earth Solutions Is Hiring: Foreman – Green Roofs & Living Walls (GTA)
New Earth Solutions, a leader in green infrastructure innovation, is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Foreman – Green Roofs & Living Walls position. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong background in horticulture, landscaping, or construction who are passionate about sustainability and ready to lead transformative projects across Ontario.
As cities continue to seek nature-based solutions to improve urban health and resilience, New Earth Solutions delivers living walls, green roofs, and other sustainable infrastructure to reconnect people with nature in the built environment. The individual in this position will play a pivotal role in executing on-site installations, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring project excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing job sites and leading teams of 2–6 crew members
Installing and maintaining green roofs, living walls, and trellis systems on commercial and residential buildings
Reading and interpreting site plans and coordinating logistics
Upholding timelines, safety standards, professionalism standards and quality control
Collaborating with clients, project managers, and subcontractors
Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, schedules and daily team tasks
Mentoring junior installers and promoting a proactive, team-oriented on-site culture
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in green infrastructure or a related field (horticulture, landscaping, etc.)
Proven leadership on job sites
Strong plant knowledge and comfortable working with power tools, working at heights, and working in the outdoor environment
G driver’s license (DZ considered an asset)
Familiarity with digital documentation tools
Proven communication skills (being collaborative, solution-oriented, and dependable)
Nice-to-Have:
GRP or other green infrastructure certifications
Experience with hydroponic or modular plant systems
First Aid and Working at Heights certifications
This position offers growth potential, including advancement into site supervision or project management as New Earth Solutions continues its national expansion.
